What we collect
When you run a scan, we fetch the public homepage of the website address you enter. When you request an emailed report or the repair kit, we store your email address together with the scan results (URL, score, and check outcomes) so we can deliver the report and follow up about the kit.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to recurring mailing lists. One report email, at most a short follow-up about the kit.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, scans run). This data is aggregated and not tied to your report unless you submit your email.
Where data lives
Reports and email addresses are stored in our database (hosted on Neon) and email is delivered through our email provider. Both act as processors on our behalf.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Contact us via the email in the report you received and we’ll handle it promptly.
